This sports bra is excellent if you want to use it for athletics or just to wear around the house. The material is soft, the straps are adjustable, and overall it is very comfortable. I use it primarily for crossfit workouts (i.e. jumping, running, swinging, climbing, etc.) and the support it offers is wonderful. Comfortable AND great support.
I'm not sure what the complaints are about sizing running small, I had no trouble with the sizing. My best advice would be to know your correct measurements and order appropriately. As a girl with a larger bust, typically wearing a 36D, a size large works perfectly during these workouts. I loved my first one so much I ordered a second, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good quality sports bra!
